Cankerblossom

Philadelphia Live Arts Festival

Cankerblossom was a multi-faceted collaboration with Pig Iron Theatre Company. I designed and built cardboard creatures, costumes, and other flat world paraphernalia. I also illustrated scenes and characters for stop-motion animation projections that were part of Mimi Lien‘s amazing rotating set pieces. And, I was a part of the ensemble co-creating the story of the show, as well as performing it. A recording of some of the original music composed by Rosie Langabeer with Dave Sweeny and Dito van Reigersberg is available here.
